This is the Road Simulator Prime bicycle trainer for riding your bike indoors. It is easy to use and great for those rainy or cold winter days. To use it, you remove the front quick release wheel from your bicycle and connect the front frame to the trainer. It works well but it is just sitting in my carport. I am getting tired of looking at it.
